Friday 19 June, setup day

Friday evening covers room setup, stage, lighting checks, AV testing, mic checks and a full programme run-through.

  • 18:00 – 21:00General setup and preparations. Use rooms 2 and 3, entrance through the park.
  • 21:00 – 00:00Auditorium setup, sound check and full run-through.

Saturday 20 June, conference day

  • 07:00All teams arrive.
  • 07:30 – 08:00Individual team briefing.
  • 08:00 – 08:30All-team briefing.
  • 08:30 – 09:30Final sound check and technical checks.
  • 09:00Venue doors open.
  • 09:30Auditorium doors open. Use one entrance only.

  • 13:30 – 14:30Lunch break. Emmanuel Smith sound check, auditorium cleared.

  • 19:00 – 21:00Take down and venue clearing.

Important team dates

All-team prayers and fasting

  • Mondays, 9pm – 10pm

    All-team prayers, weekly.

  • Saturday 6 June, 9pm

    All-team prayers with Usha Oliver.

  • Tuesday 9 June – Thursday 18 June, 6am daily

    Prophetic Countdown mornings and fasting, with all event attendees.

Dress code

Friday night

Ladies: yellow RW t-shirts.

Gents: white t-shirts.

Saturday

Ladies: turquoise with hot pink accessories. Refer to the mood board, any questions go to your team leader.

Gents: white RO t-shirt with black trousers or jeans.

Wear comfortable shoes suitable for setup and event duties.

Parking

We recommend parking at Sainsbury's, just across the road from C3. Book here for around £5 for the day.

Residential streets nearby also have free parking. Try to arrive early and be mindful of local residents and driveways.

Limited parking at C3 itself is reserved for food trucks, speakers and artists.

Food

To help us care for our volunteers and plan well, please let us know about any dietary requirements, allergies or food intolerances on your volunteer form.

Complimentary refreshments and snacks will be available throughout the day. Food vendors will be on site offering a variety of lunch options to purchase.

We are exploring the possibility of a complimentary lunch for volunteers. This is not yet confirmed and we'll share an update as soon as we know.

Operational notes

  • Please arrive on time for your allocated responsibilities.
  • All teams should report to the team briefing before duties begin.
  • Make sure all equipment and personal belongings are cleared during take down.
  • Keep clear communication with your team lead throughout the event.
