Refund Policy

What happens if you can't make it, or change your mind. Last updated 6 June 2026.

Cancellation policy

Tickets are non-refundable. All registrations are final to cover pre-committed event costs.

Ticket transfers allowed

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else at no cost. Please email us with the new attendee's name at least 7 days before the event.

Event cancellation by organisers

If the event is cancelled or postponed, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket.

Exceptional circumstances

Partial refunds may be considered (for example illness or bereavement) at the organisers' discretion if requested at least 30 days prior.

Donations

Donations are gifts and are generally non-refundable. If you made a donation in error, contact us within 14 days at admin@rekindleon.com and we'll do our best to put it right. Gift-Aided donations that are refunded will be reported to HMRC.

Giving and event-related payments are handled by trusted third-party providers, currently including Square, and where used, Brushfire, Stripe or similar regulated processors. Each provider applies its own terms and timelines for refunds. To cancel a recurring gift, email us and we'll arrange it with you.

Booking and processing fees

Any booking or payment-processing fees charged by the provider (for example Brushfire, Square or Stripe) are non-refundable, as they are retained by the provider rather than by Rekindle ON.

How to request a refund

Email admin@rekindleon.com with your order or donation reference. We aim to respond within 5 working days. Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method via the relevant provider.
